Cody and Miles become friends when Cody is traded to Nashville’s hockey team. Cody left Seattle to escape the memory of four failed marriages. He’s the type of guy who’s in love with love. While all the guys on the team are welcoming, he and Miles instantly connect, starting what the media dubs a bromance, as the two are soon inseparable.

Cody asks Miles to help him from hooking up with women because he’s trying to avoid getting married again. Miles initially suggests a threesome, so he can keep an eye on Cody, but when that doesn’t work out, he suggests they hook up instead. Surprisingly, Cody agrees. They start with lights off, minimal contact sex. However, the more often they hook up, the steamer things get between them.

"Bromantic Puckboy" tells the story of two clueless hockey players who start off as friends and accidentally find themselves in a relationship. Both men started out thinking they were straight, but had a bi-awakening by the end of it, although Cody accepted the new label easier than Miles. The bromance between the two men is hilarious and pairs well with the steamy scenes. I like that their friendship stays intact even as their relationship progresses. I also enjoyed the cameos from other Puckboys, although it’s not necessary to read their stories to enjoy this one. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and rate it five stars.

I received this book as an ARC from ForewardPR and this is my honest review.
