Baltasar Suarez and Zion Salah have been deathball rivals for years. Baltasar plays for the villain's team and Zion plays for the hero's team. However, their worlds soon collide when Baltasar agrees to an arranged marriage with Zion’s younger sister Dahlia. This quickly becomes a problem as the two men are drawn to each other. Baltasar is a little confused because he always thought he was straight, but Zion has long known he was bisexual.

Adding to Baltasar’s attraction to Zion is his growing attachment to Zion’s daughter Daisy, who is becoming equally attached to Baltasar. As the attraction between the two men grows, it’s not long before they’re sneaking around to be together. Luckily Dahlia seems to be just as uninterested in Balstasar as he is in her. Eventually, Baltasar and Zion realize that they’re fated for each other.

"Putting Out For a Hero" is a captivating and charming novel that cleverly blends romance with a touch of darkness. The story revolves around the romantic relationship between Baltasar and Zion, which is complicated due to Baltasar's engagement to Zion's sister, Dahlia. Despite this, Baltasar soon realizes he has strong feelings for Zion. Zion has had a crush on Baltasar for years. Once the two of them start hooking up, their chemistry is off the charts.

In conclusion, "Putting Out For a Hero" is a must-read for anyone who loves a good romance novel. The story is well-crafted, with well-developed characters, an engaging plot, and a unique twist that makes it stand out from other romance novels. However, if you want to experience the overarching plot fully, I would recommend reading "Not All Himbos Wear Capes" first, followed by "Gentleman Prefer Villians". Overall, I give this book a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an entertaining read.
